Intratec is a company dedicated to recovering and repairing lost and damaged data from any known source. This includes personal computers, hard drives, servers, personal files, database files, cd disks, apple mac computers, notebooks, laptops, RAID systems, removable hard drives, USB memory sticks and more.

The damaged media must be couriered or hand-delivered to our offices in Johannesburg, Cape Town of Durban, together with the diagnosis form.

Intratec Data Recovery wil not charge you for the following:

Intratec Data Recovery will diagnose the media, assess the state of the media and evaluate the recoverability of the media. Our goal is to provide a 2 to 3 hour turn-around time for your data recovery quote which will include:

- Estimated time-frame
- Estimated chance of recovery in persentage
- Whether spares are needed

You can then make an informed decision to continue. After receiving signed approval, the recovery process can begin.

We will keep you informed of our progress to the best of our ability. Your recovered data will be returned to you on a destination hard drive which we can provide or if the data is less than 4GB it will be stored on a DVD.

No Recovery, No Charge!
If Intratec Data Recovery can not recover your data, consider our efforts for free. Any non-refundable fees will be stipulated on the quote beforehand which means that we have NO HIDDEN COSTS!
